9. Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement

EL.TA. and parcels of very large volume

Shipping Costs / Free Delivery
For orders over € 100 the shipping costs are free for all of Greece via courier.
For orders under 100 € the cost is fixed at 4 euros regardless of weight and in case of cash on delivery an additional 2.5 euros are added.
14. Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
-In periods of extreme weather phenomena or strikes as well as in any case of “force majeure”, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
